Last updated: 12 June 2026. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and 100judi ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the 100judi platform available at 100judi.one and via the 100judi mobile application.
1. Definitions and Interpretation
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- "Platform" means the 100judi website located at 100judi.one, the 100judi mobile application, and all associated services, games, and features.
- "Member Account" means the personal account registered by a Member to access the 100judi Platform.
- "Real Money Game" means any game, bet, or wager on the 100judi Platform involving actual monetary stakes in MYR.
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, cashback amounts, or other promotional value credited to a Member Account.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
- "Applicable Laws" means all laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements applicable to the Member in their jurisdiction of residence.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using the 100judi Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 100judi Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your Member Account.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules communicated in relation to specific games, promotions, or competitions, constitute the entire agreement between you and 100judi with respect to your use of the Platform.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
- You must be at least 21 years of age to open a Member Account and use the 100judi Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
- You must be a natural person. Corporate entities may not register Member Accounts.
- Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Member Account on the 100judi Platform. The registration or operation of duplicate accounts is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.
- You must ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. 100judi reserves the right to suspend any account where the accuracy of registration information is in doubt until satisfactory verification is completed.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all Applicable Laws in your jurisdiction. 100judi does not represent or warrant that access to the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
- 100judi reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close any existing account at its sole discretion, including where we determine that a Member's jurisdiction renders their use of the Platform non-compliant with our licensing obligations.
4. Account Security and Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 100judi login credentials, including your username and password.
- You must not share your Member Account credentials with any third party. 100judi shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
- You must notify 100judi immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Member Account by contacting our customer support team via live chat.
- 100judi strongly recommends that all Members enable two-factor authentication on their accounts. However, enabling two-factor authentication does not alter your responsibility for all activity conducted through your Member Account.
- 100judi reserves the right to suspend or lock any account where we have reasonable grounds to suspect a security breach or unauthorised access, pending investigation.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
- All deposits and withdrawals on the 100judi Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
- Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 100judi reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in the name of the registered Member. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will not be processed.
- Before any withdrawal can be processed, 100judi may require the Member to complete identity verification ("KYC") procedures, including submission of government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership.
- 100judi aims to process verified withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests. 100judi does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times.
- 100judi reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and to delay processing pending satisfactory completion of such diligence, including anti-money laundering checks.
- Deposits that have not been used for any wagering activity within ninety (90) days of deposit may be subject to administrative fees in accordance with our inactive account policy.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
- Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are disclosed at the time of each promotion. These Terms govern generally; specific promotion terms govern in case of conflict with respect to that promotion.
- Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements are specified for each promotion individually.
- Bonus Funds may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or combined with other bonuses except where expressly permitted by the terms of a specific promotion.
- 100judi reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim Bonus Funds where we determine that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering strategies designed to convert bonus funds to cash, or any other conduct inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.
- Unused Bonus Funds will expire after the period specified in the applicable promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from Member Accounts without notice.
- 100judi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time.
7. Gaming Rules and Conduct
- All games on the 100judi Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. These Terms govern generally; game-specific rules apply to individual games.
- All Real Money Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game processes conducted by professional dealers in supervised studio environments. All outcomes are subject to independent certification.
- Bets placed and accepted are final. 100judi reserves the right to void any bet that was placed due to a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Member's account.
- 100judi operates a fair, transparent sportsbook. Odds fluctuate in real time and the odds displayed at the time a bet is accepted are the odds at which the bet is settled, subject to any express early cashout adjustment.
- In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the result recorded on 100judi's servers shall prevail. Members may submit a dispute in writing to customer support within seven (7) days of the relevant event.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 100judi Platform:
- Registering or operating more than one (1) Member Account;
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any time thereafter;
- Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform or gain unfair advantage;
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain an unfair advantage;
- Colluding with other Members to gain unfair advantage in any game or sporting event;
- Match fixing, sports manipulation, or any activity that compromises the integrity of sporting events;
- Accessing the Platform on behalf of, or for the benefit of, a third party;
- Engaging in conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards 100judi staff or other Members.
Breach of any of the above prohibited activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
9. Suspension and Termination
- 100judi reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory compliance requirements.
- Members may close their 100judi account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Member following completion of applicable verification requirements, provided no outstanding bonus wagering obligations remain.
- Where an account is terminated due to breach of these Terms by the Member, 100judi reserves the right to retain any balance in the account as damages or offset against losses.
- Accounts subject to active responsible gaming self-exclusion requests will be closed for the elected exclusion period and will not be reopened until the exclusion period has lapsed and the Member completes the reinstatement process.
10. Intellectual Property
- All content on the 100judi Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface design, is the property of 100judi or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
- You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 100judi.
11. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 100judi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform.
- 100judi does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and security.
- In the event that 100judi is found liable for any direct loss suffered by a Member in connection with their use of the Platform, 100judi's maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12. Responsible Gaming
- 100judi is committed to responsible gaming. All Members are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
- Self-exclusion requests will take effect within 24 hours of submission. During the exclusion period, the Member will not be permitted to log in, deposit, or participate in any gaming activity on the Platform.
- Members who wish to exclude themselves permanently may do so by contacting customer support. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable.
- 100judi staff are trained to identify indicators of problem gambling. We reserve the right to proactively reach out to Members whose activity patterns suggest potential gambling harm and to implement responsible gaming measures on accounts where we deem such measures appropriate.
- All gaming on the 100judi Platform is strictly for persons aged 21 years or above. We operate strict age verification procedures and any account found to be registered to a person below the age of 21 will be immediately closed.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of 100judi's operating licence.
- In the event of any dispute between a Member and 100judi, the Member should first contact our customer support team in writing to seek resolution. 100judi aims to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
- If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal complaint procedures, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism provided under 100judi's international gaming authority licence.
- Nothing in these Terms shall prevent 100judi from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court of jurisdiction where 100judi reasonably determines that such relief is necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
14. Amendments
100judi reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify Members by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the email address registered to the Member Account. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
