8. Data Retention
- We retain personal data for as long as your Member Account remains active and for such additional period as is required by applicable law, our gaming licence obligations, and anti-money laundering regulations.
- Account records, transaction histories, and KYC documentation are typically retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering regulatory requirements applicable to licensed gaming operators.
- Gaming activity logs are retained for the period required to resolve any disputes and to comply with our regulatory reporting obligations.
- Where personal data is no longer required for any legitimate purpose or legal obligation, we will securely delete or anonymise it.
9. Data Security
- 100judi implements technical and organisational security measures appropriate to the risk associated with the processing of your personal data. This includes monitoring betting patterns and account activity to identify potential indicators of problem gambling. Where such indicators are identified, we may use your contact data to reach out proactively. This processing is carried out in furtherance of our licence obligations and our legitimate interest in protecting Member wellbeing. Self-exclusion requests and responsible gaming tool settings are recorded and retained to ensure they are honoured for the full elected period.
